Stephanie Langs is a creative strategist, connector, and artist advocate with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of music, entertainment, storytelling, and culture.
During her 21-year career at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), she worked alongside some of the world's most influential artists, composers, songwriters, and creative leaders. Her work spanned music, film, television, brands, and emerging platforms — building partnerships, bridging creative disciplines, and bringing ambitious ideas to life.
Stephanie has always been drawn to the space between what exists and what could be. Guided by an instinct for recognizing potential, an understanding of cultural shifts, and a genuine love of connecting good people with good ideas, she’s built a career turning possibility into something tangible.
She founded Solstice Creative as a natural evolution of that work — an independent practice rooted in creative strategy, trusted partnerships, and the freedom to explore new creative territory.
Based in Northern California, Stephanie brings that same curiosity to the worlds of wellness, sound, science, technology, and the evolving relationship between creativity and human experience.
